Which learner count should we use?

Use the highest number of active learners expected in the billing period. Staff, teachers and archived learner records do not count.

What is a completed assessment?

A completed assessment is one submitted candidate attempt with a final result. Resumed attempts, previews and practice checks are not charged again.

Are implementation services included?

Basic setup and spreadsheet import are included. Complex migration, configuration, training and integrations are itemised before purchase.

How is NIDOOL Live priced?

Plans show licensed hosts, participant capacity, meeting duration and recording hours. Live Basic is included; Plus and Campus expand capacity.
